If you measure the tops at one meter and in front of the mid-woofer, then you are probably at a pretty steep vertical angle, which will have diminished output compared to a measurement directly in front of the top. So when you boosted to compensate, you were likely running the tops too hot. Be sure to measure the top from directly in front if you want to use this data to match the different sections. Also, if that bump at 4-5 kHz shows up at other measured angles, you might want to try knocking it down with some PEQ (if you have it) because that resonance is likely to be a real ear-grinder, not to mention stealing a lot of attention away from the rest of the good stuff.
