Notes:  I didn't notice the big scene that I think I've read mentioned elsewhere.  If anyone has a timestamp, I'll scenecap it.

Here's that scene.  While it is about a minute long, from around 5:30 - 6:30, it's not very intense or deep.  Compare it to others from this thread (all captured with the same exact settings) and it's looking decent, but not special.   This would have been considered very good 5-10 years ago, but nowadays it's average.

That effect has its energy distributed over a wide bandwidth and probably sounds a lot more impressive in person than it looks in SpecLab.  I certainly perceived the effect was closer to 2 or 3 star in level.   I thought the sound design on this effect was interesting and am slightly curious to see what a spec of this with more time resolution would look like.  Nevertheless, it's a long way off from being any sort of heavy hitter, and the bass in the rest of the movie was pretty unremarkable.

 

I enjoyed the movie but could care less if I ever see it again.
